Answers

Good questions, honest answers.

Do you really not have a phone number?
Correct — we run lean and paperless. Every inquiry comes through our forms or email so nothing slips through the cracks, and a real person responds quickly. It keeps our overhead low and your pricing lower.
What's the minimum order or pickup quantity?
It varies by region and product, but we handle everything from a single truckload purchase to recurring full-trailer programs. Send your quantity through any form on the site and we'll tell you exactly what's possible on your lane.
Do you buy broken or damaged pallets?
Yes. Broken cores feed our repair and reclaim lines. Even pallets too far gone to fix become mulch, bedding or biomass — so they're still worth money and never hit a landfill.
Which areas do you serve?
We're headquartered in Woods Cross, Utah and run regional pickup and delivery across the Mountain West, with broader freight available on consolidated lanes. Tell us your origin and destination and we'll map it.
Can you build custom-sized pallets or crates?
Absolutely — from reclaimed lumber wherever possible. Send us dimensions, load weight and quantity through the form and we'll spec a build.
Are your pallets export-ready?
We stock ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets for international shipping and can advise on when you actually need treatment versus when you don't.
