Questions, answered
Repair & Refurbish — frequently asked questions.
Which pallets are worth repairing?
Any pallet that's structurally salvageable. Our lines triage every core, swapping damaged stringers and deck boards so it can safely run again.
How much does repair save versus buying new?
A repaired pallet costs a fraction of a new one and skips a fresh harvest of wood — the cheapest, greenest pallet is one that never had to be built.
What does the repair process look like?
We inspect each core, replace broken boards and stringers, re-nail and re-fasten, then re-grade the pallet so it re-enters circulation at a known standard.
Can you repair my pallets or only your own?
We can process your cores as well as our own. Send us the count and condition and we'll advise on repair versus reclaim for each load.
How long does a repaired pallet last?
Repair extends a pallet's working life by years, letting the same platform loop through several more trips before it ever reaches the reclaim stream.
