Overview

Pallets too far gone to repair don't end their story in a landfill. We dismantle, de-nail, sort usable boards for rebuilds, and grind the rest into mulch, animal bedding and biomass. Every fiber finds a next use.

How it works

Three simple moves.

Recover

Damaged cores collected from your site.

Disassemble

De-nailed and sorted board by board.

Re-route

Rebuild stock, mulch, bedding or biomass.

Questions, answered

Recycling & Reclaim — frequently asked questions.

What does your recycling process involve?
We recover damaged cores, dismantle and de-nail them, sort usable boards for rebuilds and grind the rest into mulch, animal bedding and biomass.
Is it really zero-to-landfill?
Yes. Every fiber finds a next use — either back into a rebuilt pallet or into mulch, bedding and biomass. None of it is sent to a landfill.
Do you recycle plastic pallets too?
We do. End-of-life plastic pallets are ground and re-pelletized rather than buried, closing the loop on both wood and plastic platforms.
Can you collect damaged pallets from my site?
Yes. We schedule recovery of damaged cores directly from your location, often on lanes we already run to keep the cost and emissions down.
Do I get paid for pallets I recycle?
Often, yes. Many damaged loads still hold resale or reclaim value, so recycling with us can put money back in your pocket rather than costing you.
